Position: Caregivers

Salary: £10.90-£14.40 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Main Duties

Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers
Administer medications following prescribed instructions
Monitor and document the client’s vital signs
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
Implement behaviour management techniques when necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

Previous experience in nursing homes, home care, or senior care is preferred
Knowledge of medication administration protocols
Familiarity with behaviour management techniques
Ability to drive and transport clients to appointments or outings (valid driver’s license required)
First aid and CPR certification is a plus
Experience in hospice care is beneficial
Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
