Position: Customer Service & Sales Administrator

Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote, UK

Main Duties

  • Managing Customer Service Email Inbox
  • Sales / Customer Call Handling.
  • Working alongside sales and IT team.
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of appropriate IT systems and internal controls.
  • Ensuring listings and product information are accurate and real-time

Qualifications

  • Fluent English essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace, well-organised with exceptional time management
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms (e.g. eBay) would be an advantage but not essential – Training will be provided.
  • Data management would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Flexibility to cross into other roles/tasks occasionally would also be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail

Experience

  • Experience in MS packages (particularly Excel), CRM and online management systems, including Linnworks, and Zendesk (preferred not essential).
  • E-commerce Exposure (preferred, but not essential)
