Position: Domiciliary Care Assistant

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Oxford, UK

About the Role

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

We are looking to engage carers in the following areas: Oxfordshire, Northampton, and Environs.

Main Duties

  • ⁠ Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations

Qualifications

  • Compassion and empathy towards others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License and your vehicle with business insurance
  • Good standard of oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility
