About the Role

Main Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Support financial record-keeping using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Maintain an organised office environment by keeping files and documents systematically arranged.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing assistance where needed to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications and QuickBooks; familiarity with other office software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
