Position: Senior Support Worker/Team Leader

Salary: £11.50 -£13.40 an hour

Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to lead our support worker team. You will be supported in your role by a dedicated and professional team including our in-house Positive Behavioural Support Team who will work with you to get the best outcomes for everyone living in the Home.

We can offer you great opportunities including career progression, regular training and development and support for gaining recognised qualifications. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

  • You’ll need to have leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and a willingness to teach others.
  • Your planning and organising skills will be first-rate to make sure the shift runs smoothly and the people who live in our small family-scale homes can get out and about in the community, doing what they love to do.
  • A driver’s license is required for this position
